It is built around the Thrive 5, a framework I developed to look at all aspects of children's and teens' health:

How it works

Every programme follows the same simple steps.

Personal, unhurried and built around you.

Pre-consultation

Prior to the consultation, you will have to complete a short questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. They will provide valuable information to me and ensure our time together is most effective.

Initial consultation

In our first session, I aim to know you, your goals and your health concerns. I will dive deep into your individual dietary habits, lifestyle and health history to get to the root cause of your health concerns.  This will help me tailor a plan that addresses your specific needs effectively.

​Personalised plan

I will then create an evidence-based plan with detailed and realistic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that will fit into your life. I may also suggest supplements and testing. I will send your plan within 3 working days and offer a 20 minute call to explain it and answer your questions.

Follow-up consultation

Follow-up consultations usually take place 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation or previous appointment. They are the opportunity to monitor your progress, review any test results and make any adjustment to the plan. ​You will receive your new plan within 3 days of your follow-up consultation.

  • 45-minute follow-up consultations to analyse the progress, answer any questions and determine any further actions.

  • In-depth analysis of your health and lifestyle.

  • Personalised plan with doable and actionable recommendations.

  • 20-minute phone call to explain the plan to you and answer any question.

  • Science-backed information factsheets relevant to your plan.

  • Email support between sessions.

If required:

  • Personalised and targeted supplementation recommendations. 20% discount offered.

  • Testing recommendations and interpretation.

  • Collaboration with your primary Health Provider.

  • Detailed medication and nutrient interaction evaluation.
