Nutritional Therapy is a science-based, holistic approach to health that looks at how food, lifestyle, environment and individual biochemistry affect wellbeing. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, nutritional therapy aims to identify and address root causes using personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
You can learn more about Nutritional Therapy here.(https://www.chloe-nutrition.com/nutritional-therapy)
Nutritional Therapy can support people of all ages, including:
• Children: supporting growth, digestion, immunity, energy, brain performance and behaviour.
• Teenagers: hormonal changes, skin health, mood, focus and energy
• Adults: digestive health, hormones, stress, fatigue, weight concerns, healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.
All recommendations are tailored to age, needs and individual circumstances.
Nutritional Therapy takes a holistic, personalised approach that looks at the root causes of health issues, rather than focusing only on disease or dietary guidelines. While dietitians often focus on medical conditions, Nutritional Therapy integrates lifestyle, stress management and brain health alongside nutrition.
